[30 Points].Qualifications, professional certifications, and demonstrated competence of the proposed key experts (supported by CVs and certified/notarized academic in IT Related sector and professional certificates). [30 Points].Lot 1: ISO 27001 Implementation Team Team Leader (Lead Expert): CVs and certified/notarized academic in IT Related sector and professional certificate (active and valid ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor certifications (Certificate)issued by accredited international bodies (10points) Security Expert: CVs and certified/notarized academic in IT Related sector and professional certificate (an active CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certification) 6Points 6.3 Lot 2: Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Team Team Leader (Lead Expert): CVs and certified/notarized academic in IT Related sector and professional certificate (active and valid ISO 27001 and ISO 22301 Lead Implementer and Lead Auditor certifications issued by accredited international training providers) (10points) Disaster Recovery Expert: CVs and certified/notarized academic in IT Related sector and professional certificate (Certified Business Continuity Professional) or MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute) 4Points Important Quality Gate: The minimum technical qualifying mark required to advance to the financial evaluation stage is 70 Points. Bids scoring below 70 points will be archived, and their financial envelopes/folders returned unopened without further processing.
