Qualification Requirements Evaluation CriteriasBids shall be evaluated based on: Key personnel qualifications in terms of master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other related field and or professional certificate Be a licensed insurance broker in Rwanda (BNR) Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in brokerage field Proven experience with: Public sector institutions (at least 3 institutions) in terms of good completion certificates Healthcare or medical-related organizations at least level 2 or district hospitals (3 good completion certificates) Provide proof of professional indemnity insurance Understanding of health sector operations Proposed methodology and work plan
